One of the projects for the 2023 season is an exciting new display on Coggeshall Abbey. A scale model of the abbey will help visualise how the abbey used to look before the dissolution and demolition of 1538. The photo shows the central building of the model, the huge abbey church of St Mary the Virgin.

A new town walk leaflet in full colour provides a wealth of information for visitors to our town. The photo shows museum staff Dudley Maughan and Trevor Disley together with June Alston from the parish council during the launch of the leaflet on Market Hill.

We have introduced a new Children's Trail which has gone down really well with our younger visitors - and their parents!

2022 was our busiest year ever with almost 2000 visitors.
